The CARIBE LINE for hot fillings is dedicated to products such as leavened products, pastries, tarts and tarts, filling for biscuits.. The combination of highly selected ingredients and the use of freshly refined oils and fats guarantees optimal performance in terms of cooking resistance. The creaminess is specifically designed to prevent the product from drying out.

 

The CARIBE line offers creams for filling shortcrust pastries closed like biscuit fillings, or open like tarts, in order to obtain products that can guarantee different creaminess based on needs.
The CARIBE line, with specially designed formulations, can be used in puff pastry.
The creaminess is balanced so as not to overdry the product during cooking.

 

The CARIBE line can also be used for leavened products. Our creams have a seal to allow stability during the critical leavening phase and keep the structure unchanged.
