UNIFRESCO M LINE – The Unifresco M line includes specially formulated fats designed for the production of ice cream, created based on the specific needs of the ice cream industry. Depending on the requirements, these fats provide aerated or compact structures, ensuring excellent release of the aromatic component during tasting and an outstanding smoothness on the palate.
Depending on the needs, hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated, lauric or non-lauric fats can be provided. RSPO certified versions are available.

UNIFRECO C LINE – Unifresco C is a product line that includes fats designed to ensure a uniform, crispy, and flexible ice cream coating depending on the specific application. These solutions, with good resistance to bloom, allow for the creation of a coating with excellent snap, melt-in-the-mouth quality, and outstanding release of the aromatic component during tasting.
