UNIGRANDE M LINE – The Unigrande M line has been designed to replicate the profile of milk fat in all applications falling under the category of dairy alternatives. The goal is to provide the finished product with a soft texture and good creaminess even at refrigerated temperatures.
Special properties are ensured for the product based on the specific application. For example, in the case of cheese analogs, the proposed oil solution helps create a stringy consistency to emphasize the characteristic features of dairy fat.
Depending on the requirements, hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated, lauric or non-lauric fats can be provided. RSPO certified versions are available.
